About Business LRG

Preparing you to make a greater impact with
thoughtful planning and expert execution

If you’re up some nights worrying about your organization’s future, you aren’t alone.

Few teams think they have enough budget or staff to do what they need to do. It’s the nature of nonprofit life—resourceful, passionate people accomplishing incredible things under incredible constraints.

What if you could figure out which things you could confidently let go of and which to focus on to move steadily toward your goals?

With two decades of experience developing successful marketing and fundraising programs for nonprofits, I have been in your shoes. I have felt the stress of tight budgets. I've been a boots-on-the-ground contributor, a high-level strategist, and everything in between. From my experience on senior management teams, I have seen how many factors impact organizational decision-making.

I've learned that, sometimes, to get to the next level in building awareness or capacity, you need a fresh perspective. I love learning about an organization's mission and then helping them realize it more fully with precise, effective messaging and tactics.

No more band-aids.

Say goodbye to cobbling things together and hoping for the best.

Together, we can develop a strategic, action-oriented plan grounded in your organization's reality that yields measurable results.

What are you waiting for? Let’s get the word out and build awareness and capacity so you can do more good in the world.

Lauren has been a tremendous partner to me over the years. She’s strategic, data-driven, and knows how to get things done while gaining buy in from key stakeholders throughout the process. She also brings energy and enthusiasm to everything she works on and is a joy to work with.

Because this business is personal

A little bit about me, since we will be working shoulder-to-shoulder on behalf of your organization's success.
I believe  . . . balance makes all the difference.

Fundraising + Marketing

Part of why I can work so effectively with organizations is my experience in both marketing and fundraising. Having a complete lens helps me to keep the goals of awareness-building and capacity-building in mind simultaneously.

Strategy + Implementation

I love developing a sound strategy and a good plan—that nice, neat checklist of what to accomplish each month. But I also know that plans only work with impeccable execution. That's why I offer my clients support with implementation—from writing to creative direction to mentorship.

Twin Mom

Being a twin mom has fostered my innate empathy and flexibility—not to mention the ability to multitask! When I'm not working, I enjoy being an active part of the Needham community with my husband, son and daughter, and Bernadoodle Gracie.

. . . the best working relationships are built on trust and collaboration.

Seeing the impact of my work in the world and building true partnerships with the teams I support are what drives me. I love being part of the ripple effect of good work being accomplished in the world by my clients.

You know your organization best, and you have many of the answers already. I'm here to listen compassionately, mine your existing data with integrity, and help you take a holistic approach to your marketing and fundraising operations. We’ll engage in a transparent process that respects stakeholders at every level and build true consensus before forming a plan.

. . . organizations with an authentic commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity will change our world.

I actively seek to serve nonprofits, educational institutions, and mission-driven small businesses that are doing the hard and essential work of creating a more just, inclusive, and kind world.
